On Trello, how can I avoid to get all my boards merged when doing a research ?

On Trello, 

In the search bar, every boards are visible. I do not want all my workspaces available when doing a research, I just wanna see the current workspace Im working in. 
Could you let me know how I can make each workspace independant ?
