I have a "Done" column for a project tracker and up until last week it only displayed recently completed projects. Now it displays everything and the column is effectively unusable since there are hundreds of completed items listed. How can I restore the original functionality?

This usually happens when the board’s **column constraint or sub-filter** has changed or been removed. Previously, the Done column likely showed only recently completed issues (e.g., via a “hide completed issues older than X days” setting).
Please check the following:
* Board Settings → Columns → Confirm the **Done column constraint** (if configured)
* Board Settings → General → Verify **“Days in column” / hide completed issues** setting
* Board filter and any quick filters that may have been modified
* Whether the sprint was completed or the board view changed
Restoring the “hide completed issues after X days” (commonly 14 days) usually brings the Done column back to showing only recent items.
