Often starts to load the site for a long time, does not open. Although the other sites are working fine. What could be the reason?

Sorry to hear about this problem.  If I understand the concern here it is that your Atlassian Cloud site is performing slowing or not always loading the expected pages here.

I found that based on the time you created this post, and the time in your screenshot that your Cloud site could have been undergoing a maintenance window.  These periods of time could be a factor in regards to the site performance.  In the case of your site, this window of time exists between 1am and 3am daily in the timezone of UTC +3.  Does this performance problem correspond to this specific time frame only?  Or is this problem happening beyond this specific 2 hour period of time?

Ideally we would want to schedule the maintenance window for a time when the site is least active, but we should take into account the other users on your site as well.  Let me know if there is a better block of time when we can schedule such maintenance.
