Is synchronization possible between OTRS and Jira Cloud? A client is planning to upgrade their ticketing tool to Jira Cloud. Currently, they also use OTRS, and tickets are synchronized between the client and the provider. However, I need to know if there will be any method to continue this synchronization when they start using Jira in the Cloud. I've researched that for the server version, they can use Teamworkx, but I'm unsure if there's something similar available for the Jira Cloud version.
