Hello,
Can someone tell me how many "Custom Fields" can be created in the
"Standard" version. In the "Free" version we received a message
that no more than 50 "Custom Fields" can be created. Here is a picture showing the example fields that I mean. E.g.: - Affected areas internally - Affected suppliers

Adding to @Nikola Perisic response, in Team Managed projects you can also use Globally defined custom fields (the ones that would be used in Company Managed projects). This enables you to get around the limit of 50 custom fields within a Team Managed project.

However, I wonder if you are asking about the limit on the number of custom fields, or the number of options you can add to a Dropdown/Select List type of field?

In Team Managed projects the Dropdown and Checkbox type fields are limited to 55 options.

Hi Axel,

50 custom fields on a project is a lot. A WHOLE lot. And you want to do more than that? I would caution you against so many custom fields.

Welcome to the community @Axel Rohrberg !

Team-managed projects are usually limited, and custom fields are also the ones.

You can find more information in here: https://support.atlassian.com/jira-software-cloud/docs/customize-an-issues-fields-in-team-managed-projects/

"You can create up to 50 custom fields in your project."

If possible, use the company-managed projects - however these projects are managed by your Jira admins.
