Double-check your personal notification settings in your Atlassian profile, sometimes they’re off by default, or you might have opted out without realizing. If your project uses custom notification schemes, admins might have changed what triggers an email (this happens a lot in bigger teams).

Check if your email address is spelled right in your user profile, and look in your spam/junk folder just in case. Also, make sure your Jira admin hasn’t set up a mail handler or rule that blocks or redirects certain notifications.

If all settings look good, ask your Jira admin to look for mail delivery errors in the system logs. Sometimes emails are sent, but get blocked by company filters or bounce back.
