Can you please let me know if there is a way in Jira such that an email can be sent out whenever a new option is added to a Select list drop down custom field. Email needs to be sent when someone modifies this list in Custom Fields and add a new option. This is outside the project workflow and I dont think I can use any listeners? Please confirm.
