Notification for closed / resolved tickets not coming though

Hi all!

We're using JIRA Cloud and are very happy with how its easing our workload.

One thing we can't get to work properly though, is notifications. To be more specific, the notification for when an Issue is closed or resolved.
We want it to be sent to the reporter, but it never arrives there.

Notification mails for "Issue commented" are setup the same way (for more details see settings below), and those DO arrive properly. 

Just for debugging purposses we added an gmail adres to receive notifications for "issue closed", but those are also never received.

I'm really hoping we can solve this, thank you in advance for taking the time to read this!

Hi @Michel Kapelle

 

Could you look at the JIRA workflow and verify whether the 'Issue closed' event is triggered in the post function of the Close transition?
