Not to search a particular user while assigning project role

Hi Team,

Not able to browse only a particular user in JIRA. Trying to search the user in the project role or group, but the user is not displayed even after having a license and browse user permission. Tried reindex, sync AD and integrety check.

Please help me resolve this issue.

Hi @Bhagya k 

I can see Dipali never logged in to the instance. Can you please aks Dipali to accept your invitation and set her profile and then logged in to instance?

When she will perform these action you can try thereafter, I hope you will get the user name.
