Not showing total story points in a sprint

I'm trying to show and sum my total story points, but it's not working. I'm trying to read a lot of articles but none of them helped me. 

It's the basic for agile methodology and even tought, I'm spending so many hours trying to fix it. 

Can somebody help me?

It is still not working in another project. How is it possible? It is the basic that a manager would like to see before the sprint starts. Can someone help?

Welcome to the community!

To start understanding the overview of the situation I would start performing some checks first:

• Could you please double check if the issues have value in the story points field?
• Could you please check if the issues that you are expecting to show up are assigned to some user?

My first assumption is that the issues that have the story points are not assigned to any user and for this reason they are not showing up in the report.

It would be amazing if you could provide us those answers and maybe some images.

Yes, all the stories have story points already setted and all user stories have owners. 
Even following this way, it's not showing on the backlog view
