Not seeing "Issue Collectors" tab in project admin settings

Trying to configure an Issue Collector for the first time. On the Jira Settings-->Issue Collectors tab it says:

"No collectors have been configured yet. Please navigate to the admin section of one of your projects and configure your first collector via the 'Issue collectors' tab on the left"

However, when I navigate to one of my project's admin section, there is no "Issue Collectors" item on the left.

What am I missing?

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
