I checked your email and there are no blocks and bounces from our side, so I believe that your case is different.
What type of notifications you are not receiving? Is it only related to the reset password one?
Have you checked all the folders of your email?
Are you the only user facing this issue?
Is it related to your server site or your cloud site?
