I am trying to get into my corporate Jira account, but I am not receiving the validation email. It appears that there were some delays on the Atlassian side. The emails came in after some delay.
Hi @Debankur Das, it's a managed account, so your org admin can clear this faster than Atlassian. Two asks for them:
Both clean? Then it's your company mail filter eating it (IT allows am.atlassian.com and mailer.atlassian.com), or you're on SSO and should be signing in through the company portal rather than waiting for a code.
