Not receiving recovery email

Hello, I am trying to access the account ogarcia@84soft.net and I am not able to reset the password, I am not receiving any recovery email link.

Can someone help me?

@Omar Garcia Could you please try again and check if this works now? We have removed the blocker and you should be able to receive a recovery email now.
