Not receiving notification email

Those new to the Atlassian Community have posted less than three times. Give them a warm welcome!

When the Assign Ticket returned to me, I didn't receive an email notification that I missed something. But before it worked fine. I'm not sure what caused it. Can you check email mint@nested.co.th or guide me on setting it up?
