I've been testing my Jira Service Project for about a month now and have been receiving emails without an issue. Until last week I stopped receiving emails such as update emails when I create a ticket. I haven't changed any settings or turned off customer notifications, not sure what's going on. I've read that this may be an issue on the Atlassian side.
As a site admin you should be able to open a support request directly with Atlassian to find out if your email address has been blacklisted, and get that fixed if it has. Go to
