Not receiving email or in-product notifications for issues

Hello,

I have created a team managed project as a scrum project. Created issues as issue type story or bug or task, I am not receiving any notification as an assignee of an issue. Refer an attachment and let me know if any settings to be modified/added.

Thanks,

Apeksha.

Hi @apeksha chawan , welcome to the community.

Who is making the updates when you are not receiving the notifications that you expect? If you are making those updates and you are the assignee, it is likely that you have it disabled in your profile to send you notifications of your own updates. This is a commonly desired setting for obvious reasons. However, if someone else is making the update and you're not seeing it, can you please check the notification settings under project settings?

Hi @apeksha chawan , Are you receiving notifications for any other activity happening in any other project? If you are not receiving any of the notifications at all, it means you email has been blocked due to failed delivery for multiple times.

Raise a support ticket to atlassian they will release your email id from blocked list and you will start receiving notifications again.

This activity can be performed by atlassian only so raising a request is the only solution.

Please let me know in case of any query. Thanks
