Can anyone help me troubleshoot this:
If someone tags me in a comment on a ticket that isn't assigned to me, I do not receive an email notification. This has caused me to miss seeing tickets where I need to input something on.
If I'm assigned a ticket, I do receive an email notification.
I haven't been able to find settings anywhere to ensure I've got the right notifications turned on or if this is a Jira Bug. It's been happening for a few months now, but its' never happened previously.
Update: I did find settings where I could see my ticket notification settings "Get email updates for issue activity when" and the "Someone mentions you" box is checked.
I've unchecked and re-checked it to see if that helps. If anyone has any other advice, please let me know.
Hi @Crystal
Welcome to the Community!
I was going to give you instructions to match your update - but that obviously didn't work.
Can you try the notification helper to see why it isn't working. Instructions are here:

Let me know if it helps

Has this been looked at again?
I turned off the Batch emails and it seems to be sending the updates.
But that is very cumbersome for some users, and very annoying for others.
How is the batch controlled? is there some service it depends on?
