I am not receiving any emails from JIRA
I turned on/off email notifications in Jira but it didn't worked. Anyone can help me please?

I would open a support ticket with Atlassian to see if your email address is getting blocked for some reason.

Seems my account has been blocked from receiving emails and the Support teams has removed it. Now I am receiving emails.
