We have a Jira Software user that recently returned to the organization and had their profile re-activated. Since then, they have not been able to receive email notifications from Jira.

Checking Jarod's email address, I was able to find two bounces. That's why the notifications were not being received.
550: 550 Invalid Recipient - https://community.mimecast.com/docs/DOC-1369#550 [4309kuSeMk2qPSA_ZtGl5Q.us309]
550: 550 #5.1.0 Address rejected.
I removed those bounces and also searched for blocks and bounces for the domain and found 87 for other email addresses and removed it.
Please, check if the user is now receiving notifications and let us know if it works.
