hello team,

I am continually recieving this issue when trying to setup our Jira domain:

Something went wrong on our end. Please try again. If this keeps happening, contact support. (Issue ID for Atlassian use: Anonymous ID: "60ccc703-11ff-f810-296b-b2d3f4abccba")

Hello @Zheng Zhao

This usually comes down to what you’re trying to create and your admin level.

If you are trying to create a new atlassian.net site, that requires Organization admin access.
If you are trying to add a custom domain, that also requires Organization admin and an eligible plan.

Also check with your org admin if app/site creation requires approval, as that can block the process.

Everything looks correct and it still doesn’t work ?

I would contact then Atlassian support and make sure to include the request ID / error ID you see on the screen. That ID is important for support to trace what’s being blocked.
