We are not able to create tickets in existing projects that imported from our server version to Cloud...we receive the following error..we are also experiencing the same issue when trying to move existing tickets through a workflow...help!

Guessing from the UI look, you're trying to create an issue in JIRA cloud? If yes, I'd suggest you get in touch with Atlassian Support. They should have access to more error details.
