When you say you are the "Admin", which of the following roles do you have?
Do you know if the subscription is Free or paid?
Are there other people who have admin access to the Organization under which this product exists?
When was the last time you were able to successfully access the Jira product?
If there are other Admins, or you have only Project Admin access, it is possible that another admin removed your access.
Atlassian Community members do not have the permission to manage or grant you access to the corresponding Jira environment.
It is advisable to contact the owner or the IT team that manages the Jira environment for further assistance.
If you are the owner and admin, it would be best to contact Atlassian Support for further assistance. https://support.atlassian.com/contact/
