Are you still experiencing this issue? In Cloud environments it happens that apps could have hiccups which get fixed "automatically".

If not, I would recommend to open a ticket with the vendor of the app so that you can receive specific support. This community is a great spot to ask questions, but it's usually not an official support channel for Marketplace App vendors.
