Not able to find configure option for JIRA in microsoft copilot

While I can see the Jira app listed in Microsoft Copilot, any query I run returns an error stating that Jira needs to be configured first. However, I am unable to find any configuration option for the Jira app within Copilot.

It may also be relevant to note that our organization does not use Microsoft Teams for instant communication; we use Webex instead. Is there a way to address this issue?
