Not able to edit any fields on the edit screen, despite being an admin (data center)

I have admin rights in a project and created the screens for create, edit and viewing of an issue. I created an issue and then clicked on it to view it. I tried to edit field values but could not edit any fields. There was not an 'Edit' option available either.

What am I doing wrong?

Hi @Jemima James ,

Please check the permission schema of your project. 

There is a permission called, Edit Issues. You should have this permission to edit the details.

Please add your self for this permission. so you can edit the details.

 

Even after having edit permission, if you are not able to edit the issues, please workflow properties
