Not able to delete a issue

Hi Team,

I am jira-administrator, still I am not ale to delete this single issue. Rest I am able to delete.

Getting the below error message, when I am trying to delete the issue-

Have done a Reindex recently? I would try that first.

Done reindex still not able to delete that particular issue.

Is there any way we can resolve this issue?

I don't use the Server version but I have seen this problem in the past as it often relates to a duplicate issue ID that somehow happens.

Try to follow this diagnosis and solution:
