Not able to create issues using JIRA Trial license

Not able to create issues using JIRA Trial license.

I have valid license till 29th Aug. But i cannot see option to create issues. 

I login with administrator acesss but cannot see option to create issue or see the projects created.

Kindly add the steps in detail to be followed.

Hi @Piyush

In order to create an issue you need at least a project and added to a project as a user to browse and create issues.

@Fabian Lim : When I add the project using administrator role in trial license  i am seeing below screen and cannot see the project 

ii ) I checked the permission for project created and its  has default permission to create issue or any actions . But when  login with administrator role to create issue etc  I cannot see project or create issue options. 

iii ) I created a developer role and assign user to it but cannot login with this new user also also getting below error when I open user details . Not sure what to do tried all options :

Check who is on browse permissions. Without browse permissions you cannot create.

Also make sure they have a Jira license.
