Not able to change the system setting ( can't find system setting icon in my jira cloud)

I got the admin account on Jira Cloud.

I want to change Billing. But I can't find the system setting icon in my Jira Cloud.

Please help me..

Answer accepted

You need to be in `site-admins` group to manage billing.

Also visit this url if you have privileges this will open - https://<SITE_NAME>.atlassian.net/admin/billing/overview

You should be able to access here - Jira settings > billing details
