Hello @Pradeep ,

Good day! Welcome to Atlassian Community :)

There could be several reasons why you are unable to access a filter:

  • The filter might be private and the owner has not shared it with anyone
  • Even if the filter is shared, you must have the Browse Projects permission for the projects referenced in the filter's JQL. Without it, the filter results won't be visible to you
  • If the original filter owner's account is deactivated, the filter may remain private and inaccessible. A Jira admin needs to change the filter ownership.

  • The filter is shared with a specific group or project role, and you are not a member of that group or role.
  • The filter may have been deleted by the owner, making it inaccessible to everyone.

These are few things you can check, if it still doesnt help, you can reach out to the support team here: https://support.atlassian.com/contact#/

Thank you

Hello @Pradeep

Since that link is a specific Jira filter URL, this error usually comes down to permissions.

First, make sure you are logged into the correct Atlassian account with active access to `miggbo.atlassian.net`. If the site loads but the link fails, your Jira admin will need to confirm whether filter `33966` still exists and is explicitly shared with you, and whether your account has the project-level permissions and issue security clearance required to view the underlying data.

If this is widespread, please raise it directly with your site admin or Atlassian Enterprise Support. I have also flagged this thread for Atlassian's attention to help look into it.

Community users cannot check your site permissions or backend errors from here.

Best,

Arkadiusz
