Not able to access AIO Cycle

On opening the link https://jlldigitalproductengineering.atlassian.net/jira/apps/c26d62cc-e411-43f4-b971-d9426e75eb4c/96c07964-d01a-4cc4-99c6-96ded8340f06?ac.project.id=11287&ac.page=cycle-execution&ac.params=%7B%22cycleId%22:187264%7D  for AIO cycle in browser receiving the attached error. Other members from my team are able to access the link without any issue.

AIO Tests has its own global access control under:

Jira settings → Apps → Manage apps → AIO Tests → Access

This is separate from normal Jira permissions. AIO states that this group-based setting is the first governing access layer. It also documents an important edge case: Jira groups created after AIO Tests was installed may need to be granted access manually.

A Jira administrator should compare group memberships with those of a colleague who can open the cycle.

You will need deterministic Admin to troubleshoot that.
