Not Working :Auto Close Parent when all sub-tasks are done

Hi, 

I am new to Jira Automation and need help. Trying to write some simple automations but that are not working as expected. And not sure what is wrong.

I want to auto close Parent (story) when all sub-tasks are done.

What is not working about it? It looks good. Check the Audit Log to see what it says.
