Not All Work Items Showing Under Epic for Timeline

Need to understand why not all of my work items are showing up under my epic in the timeline view.

Hi @JD Lobue 

• Do all work items have the same parent link (i.e. epic link)?
• Do some of the work items have a resolution?
• Do you have a filter on quick filters active?
• Do you have a filter on components active?
• Do you have a filter on status category active?
• Can you identify the kind of work items not showing on the timeline? Do they have the same issue type or status?

Please note that sub-tasks are not shown on the timeline. If a standard/base issue type under an Epic has sub-tasks then it will be indicated with an icon before the status. You'll need to open the task/story to show the sub-tasks.

• Do some of the work items have a resolution? Yes, some of them have resolutions and others do not.
• Do you have a filter on quick filters active? No
• Do you have a filter on components active? No
• Do you have a filter on status category active? No
• Can you identify the kind of work items not showing on the timeline? Do they have the same issue type or status? I have a list of work items not showing up on the timeline and I cannot figure out a commonality between them. None of them are sub-tasks. They do not seem to have anything different from the other stories that are popping up on the timeline. Is there anything I can do to try and find out why they are not showing up? Thank you!
