al intentar ingresar a https://tdentel.atlassian.net/servicedesk/customer/user/login?destination=portals y anotar mi correo electronico mariela.palacios@serbanc.cl me arroja error con el mensaje "No hemos podido enviar tu solicitud. Actualiza la página y vuelve a intentarlo." Lo intento refrescando la pagina sin embargo siempre aparce el mismo mensaje.
No logro entrar a portal proveedores de link https://tdentel.atlassian.net/servicedesk/customer/user/login?destination=portals hace 5 dias intento ingresar y no me lo permite. Por favor indicar que procedimiento realizar

¿Este entorno pertenece a su empresa o está intentando acceder a un entorno propiedad de otra empresa?
¿Pudo acceder al entorno anteriormente? ¿O estos últimos 5 días son la primera vez que intenta acceder a él?
Somos una comunidad de usuarios de productos Atlassian. No tenemos acceso al entorno al que intenta acceder. No podemos solucionar su problema directamente, pero podemos ofrecerle algunas sugerencias.
¿Ha probado alguna de las siguientes opciones?
- Usar un navegador diferente
- Borrar la caché del navegador
- Usar una ventana de navegación privada
Actualmente no hay ningún incidente activo en la página de estado de Atlassian que indique que se trate de un problema generalizado con JSM Cloud.
¿Ha contactado con los propietarios del entorno al que intenta acceder? ¿O con la persona que le indicó que accediera a este entorno?

Here we are a user community, and users of our own Atlassian products. We don't have access to the environment you are trying to access. We can't directly fix your issue, but we can offer you advice.
Have you tried any of the following?
- a different browser application
- clearing your browser cache
- a private browser window
There currently is no active incident listed on the Atlassian Status page that would indicate this is a widespread problem with JSM Cloud.
Have you contacted the owners of the environment you are trying to access? Or contacting the person that told you to access this environment?
I don't have access
When I try to log in to https://tdentel.atlassian.net/servicedesk/customer/user/login?destination=portals and enter my email address mariela.palacios@serbanc.cl, I get an error message that says, "We were unable to send your request. Please refresh the page and try again." I've tried refreshing the page, but the same message keeps appearing.
I haven't been able to access the supplier portal at the link https://tdentel.atlassian.net/servicedesk/customer/user/login?destination=portals for 5 days. Please tell me what I need to do.
