Been sending messages to update a quote. Not a single response back. This is for sales to increase the licenses - you would think they would respond to these at least?
The online tool, does not find the existing quote to update although it shows right on the previous page.
Chat just says 'no agents available'. There is no phone number to call obviously.
Subscription expires today, running out of options.
Saw atlassian ads in the airplane last time a flew a few months back. What happened?
Totally understand your frustration! As @Arkadiusz Wroblewski mentioned, we as community members do not have insights in to Atlassian support queue or the internal processes.
I triggered an option to alert Atlassian support to have a look at your community post. But it cannot guarantee a fast response either. :(
I can understand the frustration, especially with the subscription expiring today.
Community members here cannot see what is happening in Atlassian’s internal sales queue, so nobody here can really confirm that.
Hope somebody can Flag your Post that Support can reach out to you.
