When utilizing the '+' icon to create a child issue from a master JIRA, users should then be able to type in a title and click on create, if there are required fields, a pop up box should present itself to insert details. The pop up box to add details is not appearing for one of my team members. Confirmed that pop ups are not blocked. Any solutions? image.png

Hi @Ashley O'Reilly

It is possible. Use a field configuration and make one of the field required for that issue type.

However this will get slightly annoying for the end user but you will get that pop up. I guess you want to show it get capture some important fields.

Hi Ravi, we have configured it so that there are required fields. Most of my team gets the pop up box to fill in all the issue details once the issue name is entered and 'create' is clicked on. However, for one of my team members, the pop up (displayed in the picture) to fill in the child issue details and required fields are not visible at all. She has no 'pop up blocker' enabled. We are stumped! child issue.PNG
