No option to change the emails format

I don't see an option to set the emails' format to HTML (after switching it to plain text 3 years ago). Looking around it should be an option in my account's preferences, but that's not the case - the section and the dropdown are missing for me:

Perhaps the setting is moved to another location I cannot find?

Hi Todor,

Looks like you're affected by a known bug in the older Profile layout in Cloud. The bug (and a temporary workaround using a REST API call) is documented here.

The long-term fix for this is an updated version of the profile page. Most Cloud instances have the update already but it looks like your particular instance doesn't yet. If you're not keen on using the REST API workaround to change the email setting right now, there's a couple options you have:

1. Wait for a bit until the update profile page is pushed out to your Cloud instance. New features like this are pushed out programmatically and in phases - it is simply a matter of time before the new page (as seen in the documentation you linked) is available on your site
2. Have your site administrator file a support ticket at this link and request that the profile page update be pushed to your site ahead of the phased rollout. They should reference JRACLOUD-69399 (the public bug where the REST API workaround is also documented) when filing a ticket.
