No longer sending batched emails

Jira is no longer sending batched emails, this was working prior to an update to 8.20.8.  Now receiving an exception.  Sending test emails works without issue. See below for additional info

Maybe worth a try to toggle the batch e-mail feature.

     The database user was missing references permission.  Thank you.
