No images show up in my JIRA STPRIES

Hi ,

Recently I have been noticing that no images show up in the story. I can see those images in the Mobile But not on my computer. I am using Chrome . But I tried it in IE as well and same problem. 

Is anyone else seeing this problem too?

Thanks for reaching out, and looking at the behavior where the images are visible in the Mobile app But not on the local computer, sounds like there is something on the local network or firewall or possibly at the browser level blocking the images from loading.

I would suggest that you check firewall logging for any mentions of blocked or filtered content.

Then checking to see if you can connect directly to the instance bypassing the proxy using "http://IP_Address:port" to see if the images load.
