Hi @Analía F_ Busso welcome to the community. I apologize for any translation issues. I'm able to get into my User Management page. Looking at Jira's Status Page, I don't see any specific issues with it either.
Does it give you any errors? If so, could you post them here? Does it work for you with a different browser? Have you by chance restarted your PC and see if that makes a difference? Do you have another admin user that could try it?
If you've tried those things, you can always open a ticket w/ Atlassian Support for their assistance. We're mainly users here on this forum.
Hello!!!, thanks for the response. Yesterday, the boxes showing the number of users, active users, and administrators appeared with a blank space. The number wasn't displayed, and the error message said "cannot be calculated." It was fixed today. Thank you very much for your response.
