Hi everyone, I've been having problems accessing existing tasks this morning. I figured I'd just wait for a few minutes and try again, but it keeps happening. I've never had this issue before ... Can anyone help me out here?

There is no official incident listed on https://status.atlassian.com/ yet, but we're also facing issues with Jira/JSM internally and have reported them to Atlassian. As usual, if you run into issues with the services, let Atlassian Support know, but I know that it's not an option on the free plan. So, at the moment, it will be best to watch the status website and try to use the tools every now and then. Worked for me, even though it's not optimal. :/
