No access to Jira projects (kc-sp-team.atlassian.net)

Hello Support Team,

I am unable to access my team’s Jira projects on the portal.

I have been invited to the projects, but when I try to open the link, I receive the following error message:

“ainash.sabyr@airastana.com does not have access to Jira on kc-sp-team.atlassian.net.”

Could you please check my account permissions and grant me the required access to the team workspace/projects?

If any additional information is needed, please let me know.

Hello

The instance administrator must grant you permissions, in addition to assigning you the roles or permissions you can have within the project(s) located within it. The message is clear: you don't have permissions.

Speak with the person who invited you to the instance so they can provide you with the permissions you need.
