No SMTP function in mail handler

Dear Sir or Madam,

There isn't SMTP function when I click into Administration->System->Mail->Outgoing Mail/Incoming Mail. I need receive emails from an email account(eg. XXX@hanshow.com). I also want to send emails to some users who was assigned to solve a task in Kanban board.

Could you please guide me to solve these two problem?
