No Results Appear Although Board Filter Works

Those new to the Atlassian Community have posted less than three times. Give them a warm welcome!
I created a simple board filter that displays all of the items in the Epic DAPR-2124.
"Epic Link" = DAPR-2124
As shown below, it works as a filter. However, their are no results shown under the board. There are also no obvious sub-filters that would cause items to be removed.
