Our Atlassian Cloud site for Haulotte, https://haulotte.atlassian.net, is currently suspended, and our only site/org admin has left the company (Florent Lavaux)
I am unable to access our documentation or manage users.
We urgently need admin access restored so we can recover our project data for Saumon project and continue our work for the ongoing knowledge transfer.
Please advise on the next steps to verify our ownership and assign a new admin.

I just checked that this site is suspended due to payment issues. Do you have the option to raise a request with the billing support here?
