I am using Next Gen, and have customized the statuses on my board. I'm realizing that statuses which are not in the final column (Which we'd called 'closed') are popping up in the report as 'Complete' issues. When they aren't completed.
What could be causing this?

When working on a next-gen project, tickets that have a resolution are the ones considered "Done".
With that said, if we move some tickets to the very last column, a resolution will be added, but if after that we add a new column as the last one, the resolution from the tickets won't be removed, it will still be considered as done. To fix that, it will be necessary to transition to another status and move back to the original column.
On the example below, Done was the last column and after that, I added another column called Resolved. It's possible to see that all the tickets on the Done column still have the resolution, even though it's not the last column anymore.
I'm not sure if that's what is happening in your case, so please, confirm if the tickets that are appearing in the report have a resolution or not.
