Is there any way we can reject or close tickets instead of deleting them?
I don't want to delete them for traceability purposes but don't want to carry those tickets over to the next sprint. Just wondering if there's a way to do this
@Kaelyn Suh , With the NextGen project using only the last column for a closed state, I'm not sure this is possible right now (yet?). What if you created a new Sprint, called rejected issues, and moved the issues to that sprint? You'll get the Sprint will be affect message and it will affect the reports, but it will give you a storage place for those issues you don't want in the sprint/next sprint.

That's a really great idea! I'll definitely do that as a work around. Thank you so much for the suggestion :)

and yes you're right, I can't have a 'closed' state because any last column in a nextgen project is behaving like a 'done' regardless of what I name it
