Next-gen project missing Epic (Parent) from board and backlog

Can anyone confirm what has happened to the Epic (parent) tags that were previously visible in boards and the backlog for Next-gen projects?

Have they been removed or is this a known bug?

The Epic (parent) tags are back again so assume this was a bug
