Hello there,
we have several next-gen projects and as project manager, I would like to view board with all tickets at once.
How can I accomplish it?
Hi @Agostino
As far as I'm aware, within Next Gen, each project has its own board - but you cannot add another board which covers multiple projects at this stage.
You can use Classic Boards to achieve this though - this is how I did it:
^ I've found trying to choose the project rather than using a filter doesn't seem to work as well when adding Next Gen issues to a Classic board, so I think saving the filter first is the simplest approach.
hello @Agostino .
As of last year, in Jira cloud, a board belongs to a project.
Meaning that, even if you pull issue from other projects, you will only see that board inside of a unique project (it is different on Jira server).
You will have to create a filter that shows all your projects issues and use that filter when you create the board.
A workaround in the cloud would be to create an empty project that only shows issues form other projects. that the best I can think of.

Thank you Robert. By your workaround which kind of project do I have to use? Next-gen or doesn't matter?
