Next Gen project issues

HI!
I created the trail account to test Next Gen Projects + Advance Roadmap.
However, I'm not able to see the option to creates Next Gen Projects


I'm reviewing different tools in order to decide to migrate from Asana

Could you please help me?

However, now that I can create Next Gen projects, I'm not able to add them to the advance roadmap :(

My understanding is that the trial includes premium features.

your admin needs to enable NG creation. admin > system > global permissions

I think I found the bug:

When I create a project from the projects section instead the menu it doesn't provide the option to create a next gen

You currently have no projects
Let's create your first project in Jira

Welcome to Atlassian Community!

When you click on Projects > Create Projects do you see this screen?

 

Once you selected next-gen you should see a screen that allows you to name the project and set the key. At the bottom you should see the template used, and you can change that to use a different one.
